Having a baby is a milestone. For a parent, a baby comes with happy times, times of change, and can be costly!

PCAS clients have free access to computers, printers, and photocopiers. Speak to Reception or connect with assigned Counsellor to get set up on a computer station.

PCAS clients have access to space for:
- Interviews
- Completing Canadian Citizenship online test
- Attending Canadian Citizenship ceremony

During tax filing season, in collaboration with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), PCAS hosts a free tax clinic in support of low-income individuals and families. Service is provided by appointment in person and virtual assistance; walk-ins are accepted. An eligibility screening will be conducted in person or via telephone.

In collaboration with Service Canada, PCAS hosts a free clinic where community members can have a quick and easy way to apply for a social insurance number and/or a Canada Pension Plan (CPP).
