- Manage full cycle bookkeeping, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and month/year-end closing processes.
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate financial transaction recording across various ledgers and books.
- Liaise with clients to provide exceptional service and ensure their financial needs are met.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and other financial tools to manage several sets of books effectively.
Exigences
College Diploma in a related field.
No prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping required.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks Online.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
