ü Accounts Payable and Receivable:

· Process and manage invoices, payments, and expense reports.

  • Reconcile      accounts and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices      and resolve billing discrepancies.

ü Financial Reporting:

  • Generate      financial reports and summaries as needed for management review.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting      principles and regulations.

ü Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain      and update accounting records and databases.

  • Ensure      all financial data is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.

  • Perform regular audits to verify      data integrity and completeness.

ü Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Support      the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Analyze variances between actual      and budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations.

ü Administrative Support:

  • Handle      routine office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and managing      correspondence.

  • Coordinate      meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

  • Assist with the preparation and      distribution of internal and external communications.

ü Compliance and Documentation:

ü Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

ü Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and personnel information.

ü Customer and Vendor Relations:

  • Serve      as a point of contact for vendors and customers regarding billing and      payment inquiries.

  • Maintain positive relationships      with stakeholders, addressing issues and concerns promptly.

ü Support to Accounting Department:

  • Collaborate      with the accounting team on various projects and tasks as needed.

  • Provide      administrative support to the accounting department and other departments      as required.

  • Participate in the continuous      improvement of accounting and administrative processes.

Requisitos

  • Degree or any certificate program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Must have at least two years’ experience in handling accounting books

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Knowledge of payroll processing and financial reporting preferred.
