ü Accounts Payable and Receivable:
· Process and manage invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
ü Financial Reporting:
Generate financial reports and summaries as needed for management review.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
ü Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain and update accounting records and databases.
Ensure all financial data is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
Perform regular audits to verify data integrity and completeness.
ü Budgeting and Forecasting:
Support the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations.
ü Administrative Support:
Handle routine office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
ü Compliance and Documentation:
ü Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
ü Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and personnel information.
ü Customer and Vendor Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.
Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing issues and concerns promptly.
ü Support to Accounting Department:
Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects and tasks as needed.
Provide administrative support to the accounting department and other departments as required.
Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes.
Requisitos
Degree or any certificate program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have at least two years’ experience in handling accounting books
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of payroll processing and financial reporting preferred.
