These workshops are delivered by an Employment Counsellor and are government funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and are available to Landed Immigrants, Convention Refugees and Live-in Caregivers FREE of charge. Financial Literacy

This workshop presents financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner with the aim of helping individuals take control of their finances and assess their spending habits. During the 3-hours you will explore your relationship with money, learn budgeting basics, the concept of credit (both good and bad), learn about the credit reporting system in Canada and gain an overview on debt and consumerism.
